Your mission
- We will help you to create drafts and process internal and external correspondence
- You will learn office correspondence by telephone and in writing
- You will be part of our administrative team, provide support in meetings and create cross-divisional documents.
- You will learn how to coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and use all digital communication tools.
- You will become an expert in using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, other special tools and our intranet
Your profile
- You have a successful secondary school leaving certificate or a qualification from a commercial college
- You have good spelling skills and a good understanding of numbers
- You have basic PC skills (MS Office)
- You are willing to learn and show initiative
- You have good manners, enjoy working in a team and are reliable
