Your mission
You will be responsible for
- the independent preparation of the calculation (according to TGAV), cost estimation and quotation preparation, including the service specifications in close cooperation with the project manager
- Compiling the relevant documents and ongoing maintenance
- Identifying cost risks and proactively developing possible solutions
- Responsibility as a service partner during the calculation phase
- Active collaboration with the construction management from the start of the calculation to the handover of the project and post-calculation
- Independent project controlling and reporting to project management
- Viewing tender portals and creating proposal lists
Your profile
You have
- a degree in engineering, training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or comparable specialised training with practical work experience
- an independent, motivated and entrepreneurial, committed way of working
- a high degree of responsibility, confidentiality, reliability, communication skills, social skills and team spirit
- confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of VOB (desirable), but not a prerequisite
