To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a new apprentice at our site in Dormagen.

Your mission
- You will learn telephone and written office correspondence, as well as preparing quotations and processing projects
- You will be part of our administrative team and support the commercial management and control of business processes
- You will familiarise yourself with our various departments such as Purchasing, Human Resources, Financial Accounting and Logistics
- You will learn how to coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and use all digital communication tools.
- You will become an expert in using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, other special tools and our intranet
Your profile
- You have a good secondary school leaving certificate or the Abitur or Fachabitur
- You enjoy communicating, both verbally and in writing
- You are interested in commercial and economic contexts
- You have already gained some experience with MS Office programmes (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- You are willing to learn and show initiative
- You are a reliable team player who can be counted on
